We seek a proactive and enthusiastic Senior Relationship Manager with a background in the B2B/ Corporate credit banking area to grow and scale up our SME Lending business in Vietnam through effective partnership strategies. The role will report to the Chief Product Officer.
Key responsibilities:
● Develop relationships with large corporations to introduce supplier/distributor financing products to their suppliers’ chains.
● Develop strategic partnerships to distribute the relevant products to companies in their ecosystem network including customers, suppliers, and distributors that are relevant to the company.
● Drive results from the conversion of partnerships with a suitable approach and cooperation with necessary internal and external stakeholders.
● Coordinate the management of ongoing relationships with existing partners and where relevant, leverage those relationships to greater collective impact.
● Build and develop a partnership ecosystem
● Develop and manage necessary partnership events to support partnership conversion.
● Ability to work with internal stakeholders to set up and implement agreed-on plans to deliver results.
● Keep abreast of local regulatory requirements.
● Other tasks as required.
Desired skills & Knowledge, Competencies requirement:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Commerce/Banking or relative field
● Strong experience in partnership background and experiences in fintech / financial services or relevant industry areas.
● 5 years experience in working with SMEs segment
● Used to be PM in the Middle Market/Large Corporation.
● Have strong partnership skills and communication in Vietnamese and English
● Have strong problem-solving skills, and ability to handle complex situations.
● Must be openly minded, well-connected, good interpersonal skills and adapt to change
● Desire to succeed and overcome challenges, work under high pressure
● Result-oriented, well-organized & enthusiastic
