Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect and close business opportunities with client prospects within the established, predefined anchor partners
  • Support onboarding new customers, cross-selling of different products
  • Build and maintain customers relationship
  • KYC customers as Validus guidelines and requirements
  • Deep understanding of the customer’s demands and providing proper feedback on time and accurate
  • Upsell existing products, cross-selling new products, maintain relationships with existing customer 
  • Ensure best in class customer experience as well as complaint handling for all partners and customers under assigned portfolios
  • Coordinate with other internal departments to deliver the good products and services to the customers
  • Evaluate, review & report on selected customers in conjunction with the Risk team to provide timely recovery actions 
  • Other tasks as required

Desired skills & Knowledge, Competencies requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Commerce/Banking or relative field
  • Minimum 2 years’ sales experience in credit banking/ fintech / financial services or relevant industry areas
  • Have strong sales skills and communication in Vietnamese and English
  • Have strong Problem solving skill, ability to handle complex situations. 
  • Must be Open minded, well-connected, good interpersonal skill and adapt to change
  • Desire to success and overcome challenges, work under high pressure
  • Result-oriented, well-organized & enthusiastic
