We are on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic Relationship Manager with a background in the B2B credit banking area to grow and scale up our SME Lending business in Vietnam through effective partnership strategies. The role will report to the Chief Product Officer.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect and close business opportunities with client prospects within the established, predefined anchor partners
- Onboarding new customers, cross-selling of different products
- First KYC, credit appraisal customers as Validus guidelines and requirements
- Deep understanding of the customer’s demands and providing proper products
- Manage KPIs to achieve the targets.
- Follow EWS to control DPDs/NPLs and support collection if needed
- Build and maintain customer relationships. Upsell/Cross-sell others products
- Ensure best in class customer experience as well as complaint handling for all partners and customers under assigned portfolios
- Coordinate with other internal departments, especially Risk Team to deliver the good products and services to the customers
- Evaluate, review & report on selected customers in conjunction with the Risk team to provide timely recovery actions
- Other tasks as required
Desired skills & Knowledge, Competencies requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Commerce/ Banking or relative field
- Minimum 3 years’ Sales experience in B2B credit banking in the local bank. Supply Chain Financing (B2B Fully Unsecured) experience is advantage.
- Have strong sales skills and communication in Vietnamese and English
- Have strong Problem solving skill, ability to handle complex situations
- Must be open minded, well-connected, good interpersonal skill and adapt to change
- Desire to success and overcome challenges, work under high pressure
- Result-oriented, well-organized & enthusiastic
