Key Responsibilities
In charge of daily operations transactions
- Perform all operations work including documentation management (follow up, check, record, save), uploading of loan facilities, loan disbursements, investor transactions, maintenance of database, compilation of data and preparation of periodic reports to various stakeholders, daily and monthly reconciliation
- Ensure due process, accuracy and accountability are followed
- Work closely with the operations manager to oversee daily business operations
- Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency
Support in improving operations workflow, systems to adapt business’s request
- Support to improve customer service, cost effectiveness and controls
- Support in systems enhancement to ensure a smoother process
- Coordinate closely with various business units – Sales, Risk, Tech & Investor Relations to understand the needs, business strategies and propose suitable process to improve working efficiency.
Ensure compliance with Regulatory requirements/ internal procedure
- Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures within the office
- Review and timely escalate the risk/ fraud indicators in daily process.
Desired skills & Knowledge, Competencies requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking/Finance/Economics or relative fields
- MBA is an advantage
- Minimum 3 year experience in Fintech/Financial services or relevant industry areas
- Understand about process, technical, risk management, platform
- Strong attention to details, carefully and high responsibility
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Work independently
- Must be Open minded, well-connected, good interpersonal skill and adapt to change
- Desire to success and overcome challenges, work under high pressure
- Result-oriented, well-organized & enthusiastic
