Job Description

We are on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic Assistant Marketing Manager with a strong background in B2B marketing, responsible for tailoring brand and marketing activities to local market needs and supporting Sales initiatives. This role will report to Head – Segmentation, Product & Marketing.



  • Work closely with central Marketing team to coordinate and implement Marketing Program – including Digital marketing initiatives
  • Manage and maintain website content and social media profiles
  • Support and assist Sales team in organizing production of marketing materials for Sales activities and initiatives, as well as in event planning, e.g. brand stationery, handouts, brochures, invites
  • Work with product team to develop positioning, and Go to Market strategies and messaging to ensure differentiation from competitors
  • Project manage digital, print, and other external vendors as necessary; Develop clear briefs and processes to ensure delivery of effective marketing materials
  • Assist in PR activities, coordinate internally to respond to local journalist enquiries
  • Lead the annual budgeting exercise and track budget monthly to maximize every Dollar spent
  • Supporting senior management with administrative duties
  • Track and analyze campaigns and analytics report to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness
  • Make a list all the key relevant awards and apply for the suitable one to help build brand awareness & credibility
  • Keep abreast of local regulatory requirements



  • Vietnamese with a Marketing/ Mass Communications degree
  • Excellent Vietnamese and English copywriting and editing skills
  • 5 – 8 years’ proven experience in B2B marketing
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of technical standards across print and web design
  • Working knowledge of web publishing, content management, SEO, and web analytics
  • Demonstrable knowledge in social media marketing
  • Must be an enthusiastic, well-organized self-starter able to use initiative and adapt to change
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and confident working independently
  • Team player who is driven and detail oriented
